To register by fax or mail, print the registration form.
Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you can't attend, 100% of your paid registration will be refunded when you notify SDE at least 1 week in advance. Notifications after this time will be refunded less a $25 service fee. Paid registrants may send a substitute. Free principals are non-transferable.
