Don has taught language arts and mathematics in middle and high school for over twenty-eight years. He has served as Lead Literacy Teacher Mentor helping educators to improve their instructional practices. An  internationally-recognized author, Don has published several award-winning books including Hitting the Mark: Assessment Tools for Teachers.
